2020 Indoor: Ran in eight meets…Had nine top-five finishes and placed first in three events…Ranked second in the OVC for the 800 meters (2:12.88) and mile (4:53.27)…Was second overall in the 3,000 meters in 10:29.61 at the season-opening SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Placed third in the mile in 5:06.76 at the Gene Edmonds Memorial (1/10-11)…Won both the 3,000 meters and 4x800 meter relay (10:07.60) at the Missouri Intercollegiate  (1/17)…Posted a personal-best time of 10:17.55 in the 3,000 meters…The next week, captured first in the mile at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25), clocking in at 5:00.25…Awarded OVC Female Track Athlete of the Week (2/12), after she finished the 800 meters in a time of 2:12.88 (11th) at the 2020 Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/7-8)…Improved upon her mile time with a personal-best time of 4:53.27 at the 2020 Hoosier Hills (2/14) for second at the meet…Also was third in the distance medley relay (12:27.98)…Grabbed Silver and Bronze Medals at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27), finishing second in the distance medley relay (12:00.67) and third in the mile (4:56.14)…Also was seventh in the 800 meters (2:18.47)…Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Cross Country: Ran in all six races…Posted two top-five finishes, three top-10 finishes and five top-15 finishes…Opened the season with a third-place finish of 18:37.2 at the 2019 Saluki Invite (9/30)…Was the runner-up at the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/20) three-mile race in a personal-best 17:26.5…Named the OVC Female Co-Runner of the Week after her performance at the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/20) on Sept. 24…Posted back-to-back 11th place finishes in the 6K at Missouri’s Gans Creek Classic (9/27, 22:09.7) and the Bradley ‘Pink’ Classic (10/18, 21:25.7, PR)…Was 10th (18:16.9) at the 2019 OVC Championship (11/2) at SIUE in Edwardsville, Illinois, to earn Second-Team All-OVC honors…Completed the 6K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15) at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 22:16.8 for 114th…Earned the OVC Academic Medal of Honor...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Outdoor: Ran in eight meets…Had seven top-five finishes…Finished second in the 800 meters at the 2019 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/29-30) in in 2:26.44 and the Gibson Invitational (4/6) in 2:10.70…Completed the 1,500 meters at the Joe Walker Classic (4/12-13) in a personal best 4:27.99…The next week, placed third in the same event in 4:34.92 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/19-20)…Was the runner-up in the 800 meters at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27) in 2:11.04…Took fourth in the 800 meters with a career best 2:09.56 at the Billy Hayes Invitational (5/3)…Captured gold in the 1,500 meters (4:36.40) and bronze in the 800 meters (2:13.86) at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Indoor: Appeared in six meets…Tallied 10 top-five finishes…Finished first in the mile (5:27.81) and fourth in the 4x400 meters (4:38.99) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Placed second in the 1,000 meters at the Samford Open (1/18-19) with a personal best 2:55.65…Also was third in the 4x400 meters (3:58.25)…Registered a Southeast school record of 11:48.52 in the distance medley relay with Kendall Long, Claire Morrill and Kaitlyn Shea for second at the Indiana University Relays (1/25-26)…Grabbed third in the 800 meters at the Hoosier Hills (2/8) in 2:12.46…Set a PR time of 4:59.84 to earn silver in the mile at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21)…Also earned bronze in the distance medley relay (12:13.67) and was fourth (2:20.36) in the 800 meters after qualifying first in the prelims with 2:13.70.

2018 Cross Country: Competed in five meets…Placed third with a time of 18:39.1 at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31)…Recorded a finish of 50th (18:02.0) at the Louisville Classic (9/29)…Registered a time of 22:13.1 (142nd) at the Wisconsin Pre-National Meet (10/13)…Finished 10th at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27) to earn Second-Team All-OVC laurels, clocking in with a personal-best 5K time of 17:56.3…Placed 103rd (22:05.8) at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/9)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Won the 800m at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8) in 2:24.50…Posted a time of 2:16.45 (23rd) in the 800m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20) and was seventh in the DMR (12:37.62)…Recorded a season-best mile time of 5:06.14 at the 2018 Indiana University Relays (1/26-27)…Finished second in the DMR (12:53.83) and third in the 800m (2:16.31) at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9)…Earned a bronze medal in the DMR (12:12.20) and finished seventh in the 800m in 2:18.83 at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24).
 
2017 Cross Country: Ran in six meets including a personal best of 18:36.11 (top 20) to start the season at the Walt Crawford Open (9/1)...Placed tenth (19:28.25) at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival (9/8)...Recorded a 17th place (17:48.5) finish at the OVC Championships (10/28)...Recorded a personal best in the 6K (22:04.2, 132nd) at the NCAA Midwest Regional...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
