2017 Outdoor: Competed in one meet...Finished fifth in the 5000m in ASU Red Wolf Open (4/21).
 
2017 Indoor: Appeared in one meet...Finished fourth in the 3000m in 9:29.02 at the SEMO vs. SIU-Edwardsville Dual (12/9).

2016 Cross Country: Earned two top-20 finishes... Placed 18th at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird (20:07.1)... Took 14th at the Rebel Invitational (19:02.5).

2016 Outdoor: Ran in six meets...Recorded two top-10 finishes... Placed fourth in 10,000m at Joey Haines Invitational (32:21.34)... Took eighth at the SIUE Invite (9:02.90)... in the  Finished 14th in 10,000m at the OVC Championships (32.54.82).

2016 Indoor: Did not compete.

2015 Cross Country: Ran in all six races…Had four top-100 finishes…Placed seventh at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 20:27…Finished in 64th place at the Commodore Classic (26:19.2)…Finished third on the team and 40th overall at the OVC Championships in 26:48.9.

2014 Cross Country (NIACC): Competed in seven total meets…Had three top-five finishes…Finished third in the NJCAA Region XI 5k time trial with a time of 15:51.70...Placed third in the St. Ambrose Invitational (25:52)…Finished fourth in the Mount Mercy Mustang Gallop with a time of 15:34.

2013 Cross Country (North Iowa Area CC): Ran in seven meets…Had three top-10 finishes…Placed second in back-to-back meets (NJCAA Region XI 5k time trial; Mount Mercy Mustang Gallop) with times of 16:39.80 and 16:30, respectively…Finished seventh at Regionals with a time of 26:53.

Prep:  Lettered four years at Cedar Falls… As a senior, won cross country regionals and finished 11th at state...Was a member of the swim team.

Personal: Born April 19, 1994…Majoring in Biomedical.
