Tuesday Night Tilt
•    Southeast Missouri (1-3) travels to Big Ten Conference member Iowa (3-0) for a midweek matchup Tuesday. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m., CT at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
•    SEMO faces Iowa for the second time with Brad Korn as its head coach. 
•    The Hawkeyes are the second Power Fouropponent the Redhawks play this season.
•    SEMO also played SEC member Missouri on Nov. 7.

Series Notes
•    The Redhawks meet Iowa for the third time in their program history.
•    Iowa holds a 2-0 lead in the series.
•    The Hawkeyes beat SEMO, 75-41, on Nov. 25, 2008 and, 106-75, on Dec. 17, 2022. Both of those games were played at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Power Four Schools 
•    Southeast Missouri has never beaten an opponent from the SEC, Big Ten, ACC or Big 12 Conferences.
•    Overall, SEMO is 0-51 all-time against such teams.
•    The Redhawks dropped a close 89-84 decision in their last meeting with a Power Four school at SEC member Missouri (Nov. 7).

•    The Redhawks are 0-11 all-time against Big Ten Conference schools. 
•    Iowa was the last Big Ten foe that Southeast Missouri faced on Dec. 17, 2022.

On the Road
•    Tuesday's contest at Iowa is Southeast Missouri's third road game of the season.
•    SEMO opened the year at Atlantic 10 member Saint Louis (Nov. 3) and visited SEC foe Missouri (Nov. 7).
•    This week's game opens a three-game road stretch for the Redhawks.
•    SEMO will make its longest trip of the year to Flagstaff, Arizona for two games before the Thanksgiving holiday.
•    The Redhawks play Cal Poly (Nov. 25) and host Northern Arizona (Nov. 26) in the Grand Canyon State.
•    SEMO is currently 0-2 on the road in 2025-26.

Home-Opening Win
•    With its win over Webster University (Nov. 12), Southeast Missouri improved to 26-9 in home-openers since joining the NCAA Division I ranks in 1991-92.
•    SEMO began its home slate with a win in 10 of the last 14 years and posted victories in 17 of its previous 21 home-opening contests.
•    The Redhawks won their home-opener in seven of their last 10 seasons.
•    SEMO is now 3-3 in home-openers under Head Coach Brad Korn.

Stacker Off to Great Start
•    Braxton Stacker scored double figures in three of his first four starts of the 2025-26 campaign.
•    Stacker opened the year with 12 points at Saint Louis (Nov. 3) and followed that up with a career-high 26 points four days later at Missouri (Nov. 7). He then finished with 10 points vs. Webster (Nov. 12).
•    The 10-point effort vs. Webster marked the 21st double-digit scoring game of Stacker's career.
•    He ranks second on the team in scoring (13.3 ppg) and leads the Redhawks in steals (7) and free throws (10-of-10).
•    Stacker is tied for 15th in the Ohio Valley Conference in scoring.

Milestone Mark
•    Braxton Stacker went over 500 points in his Southeast Missouri career vs. Webster University (Nov. 12).
•    Stacker officially cleared the mark when he knocked down a 3-pointer less than a minute into the game.
•    He currently has 514 points in 61 games and 31 starts as a Redhawk. That point total is most among SEMO's active players this season.

Ward Approaching 150 Career Assists
•    BJ Ward, who is tied for third in the Ohio Valley Conference with 19 assists this season, is two away from reaching 150 in his career.
•    Ward dished out seven assists in two of his last three games and has a total of 148 in his career. 
•    He is averaging 4.7 assists per game this season.
•    Ward is also third the OVC in assist/turnover ratio (2.7).

Back-to-Back Double-Doubles for Bell
•    Marqueas Bell finished with a double-double in two-straight games.
•    Bell registered the first double-double of his career with 15 points and 10 rebounds vs. Webster University (Nov. 12).
•    Three days later, he had 11 points and 10 rebounds vs. St. Thomas (Nov. 15).
•    Bell hit a season-high in points and career-best in rebounds against the Gorloks and Tommies.
•    He came off the bench to score double figures in all of Southeast Missouri's games thus far.
•    Bell also finished with 10 points in 22 minutes at Saint Louis (Nov. 3) and 13 points in 17 minutes at Missouri (Nov. 7).
•    It is the first time in his career where Bell scored double figures in four-straight games.

Almodovar Excels
•    Luke Almodovar is Southeast Missouri's leading scorer four games into the 2025-26 campaign.
•    Almodovar is averaging 14.3 points per game and ranks 12th in the Ohio Valley Conference in scoring.
•    In his second NCAA Division I start, Luke Almodovar dropped in 24 points and buried five 3-pointers at Missouri (Nov. 7).
•    Most recently, he scored 20 points vs. St. Thomas (Nov. 15).
•    He also leads the Redhawks with 10 three-pointers made.

Starting Streaks
•    Brendan Terry has not missed a start in his two-year career at Southeast Missouri.
•    Terry has started 37-consecutive games.
•    Troy Cole, Jr. started 19-straight games dating back to Jan. 16, 2025 and BJ Ward started 36-straight contests since Nov. 10, 2024.

Non-Conference Games
•    Brad Korn is 29-41 in non-conference action.
•    Korn's best non-league record as Southeast Missouri's head coach stands at 9-9 in 2022-23, the season SEMO won its first OVC Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 23 years.
•    His other non-conference records include 2-5 in 2020-21, 6-9 in 2021-22, 5-8 in 2023-24 and 6-7 in 2024-25.

3-Pointer Streak
•    The Redhawks have made at least one 3-pointer in 526 consecutive games.
•    The last time Southeast Missouri did not make a 3-pointer was vs. Western Illinois (0-of-6) on Dec. 10, 2008.
•    SEMO made five or more 3-pointers in all four games this season.

About Iowa
•    Iowa was picked eighth among the Big Ten's 18 teams in this year's preseason poll.
•    The Hawkeyes are off to a 3-0 start with wins over Robert Morris (101-69), Ohio Valley Conference member Western Illinois (77-58) and Xavier (81-52).
•    Iowa is at home for its first five games of the season.
•    The Hawkeyes lead the Big Ten in field goal percentage (.568) and is outscoring opponents by a +23 margin thus far.
•    Bennett Stirtz is fourth in the conference in scoring with 21.3 points a game. Kael Combs is first in the league in free throw percentage.
