Redhawks Host St. Thomas Saturday
•   Southeast Missouri (1-2) closes out a brief two-game home stand when it hosts Summit League preseason favorite St. Thomas (2-2) Saturday. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m., CT at the Show Me Center.
•   SEMO is 1-0 at home this season after beating NCAA Division III affiliate Webster University, 87-41, on Nov. 12.
•   After Saturday's game, the Redhawks will not play at home again until Nov. 29 (vs. Lipscomb).
Banner Reveal
•   The 2024-25 Southeast Missouri Ohio Valley Conference championship banner will be revealed prior to tip-off Saturday.
•   As part of the celebration, fans will receive a commemorative miniature replica banner while supplies last.
Series Notes
•   St. Thomas is the first Minnesota school Southeast Missouri faces in its program history.
•   St. Thomas, located in Saint Paul, is one of just two NCAA Division I schools in the entire state. The University of Minnesota is the other.
Redhawks Get First WinÂ
•   The Redhawks picked up their first win of the season with a dominating 87-41 win over Webster University (Nov. 12).
•   Southeast Missouri led the entire game and held a 50-point lead on two occasions en route to victory.
•   Twelve different Redhawks scored in a balanced effort that showcased the team's depth.
•   SEMO outscored WU, 50-19, of the bench and forced 20 turnovers.
•   The Redhawks extended their winning streak to 41-straight against non-Division I teams.Â
Home-Opening Win
•   With its win over Webster University (Nov. 12), Southeast Missouri improved to 26-9 in home-openers since joining the NCAA Division I ranks in 1991-92.
•   SEMO began its home slate with a win in 10 of the last 14 years and posted victories in 17 of its previous 21 home opening contests.
•   The Redhawks won their home-opener in seven of their last 10 seasons.
•   SEMO is now 3-3 in home-openers under Head Coach Brad Korn.
Strong at Home
•   Brad Korn posted a winning record at home each of his first five seasons as head coach.
•   Southeast Missouri's 12-3 record at the Show Me Center in 2024-25 is his best home record to date.
•   Korn is 45-25 all-time in Cape Girardeau.
•   The Redhawks are on a five-game home winning streak dating back to last season.
•   SEMO led the Ohio Valley Conference in home attendance during OVC play a year ago.
Stacker Off to Great Start
•   Braxton Stacker scored double figures in each of his first three starts of the 2025-26 campaign.
•   Stacker opened the year with 12 points at Saint Louis (Nov. 3) and followed that up with a career-high 26 points four days later at Missouri (Nov. 7). He then finished with 10 points vs. Webster (Nov. 12).
•   The 10-point effort vs. Webster marked the 21st double-digit scoring game of Stacker's career.
•   He leads SEMO in scoring (16 ppg), steals (6) and free throws made (10-of-10) through three starts.
•   Stacker is tied for sixth in the Ohio Valley Conference in scoring.
Milestone Mark
•   Braxton Stacker went over 500 points in his Southeast Missouri career vs. Webster University (Nov. 12).
•   Stacker officially cleared the mark when he knocked down a 3-pointer less than a minute into the game.
•   He currently has 509 points in 60 games and 30 starts as a Redhawk. That point total is most among SEMO's active players this season.
Ward Approaching 150 Career Assists
•   BJ Ward, who is tied for first in the Ohio Valley Conference with 17 assists this season, is four away from reaching 150 in his career.
•   Ward dished out seven assists in each of his last two games and has a total of 146 in his career.Â
•   He is averaging 5.7 assists per game this season.
•   Ward leads the OVC in assist/turnover ratio (3.4) and assists per game.
First Double-Double for Bell
•   Marqueas Bell registered the first double-double of his career with 15 points and 10 rebounds vs. Webster University (Nov. 12).
•   Bell hit a season-high in points and career-best in rebounds against the Gorloks.
•   He came off the bench to score double figures in all of Southeast Missouri's games thus far.
•   Bell also finished with 10 points in 22 minutes at Saint Louis (Nov. 3) and 13 points in 17 minutes at Missouri (Nov. 7).
•   If Bell scores double figures Saturday, it will be the first time in his career scoring double-digit points in four-straight contests.
Lopsided Win
•   The 46-point win over Webster (87-41) on Nov. 12 was Southeast Missouri's fourth-largest margin of victory under Head    Coach Brad Korn.
•   SEMO has recorded six wins by 31 or more points with Korn at the helm.
•   Four of those were by 46 or more.
•   SEMO's largest victory under Korn was by 55 points (93-38) vs. Crowley's Ridge on Nov. 13, 2024.

Almodovar Excels
•   In his second NCAA Division I start, Luke Almodovar dropped in 24 points and buried five 3-pointers at Missouri (Nov. 7).
•   Almodovar is currently Southeast Missouri's third-leading scorer with 12.3 points a game.
•   He also leads the Redhawks with seven 3-pointers made.
Free Throw Streak
•   Braxton Stacker has made all 10 of his free throws through three starts this young 2025-26 season.
•   Stacker, who shot 82.3 percent from the charity strip a year ago, has made 23 consecutive free throws dating back to the 2024-25 season.
•   He last missed a free throw at Southern Indiana on Feb. 8, 2025.
•   Stacker is one of 19 players in NCAA Division I basketball who have gone perfect at the free throw line with a minimum of 10 attempts this year.
•   He is presently the top free throw shooter in the Ohio Valley Conference.
Nice Defense
•   Southeast Missouri leads the Ohio Valley Conference in turnover margin just three games into its 2025-26 season.
•   SEMO is forcing 18 turnovers per game and turning the ball over a league low 10.67 per contest for a +7.3 margin.
•   The Redhawks forced 39 turnovers in their last two games combined for an average of 19.5 per contest in that span.
First Points for Reynolds
•   Jay Reynolds, the son of Southeast Missouri Associate Head Coach J.R. Reynolds, scored the first points of his career vs. Webster University (Nov. 12).
•   Reynolds finished with six points on a pair of 3-pointers against the Gorloks.
•   He redshirted as a true freshman in 2024-25.
Starting Streaks
•   Brendan Terry has not missed a start in his two-year career at Southeast Missouri.
•   Terry has started 36-consecutive games.
•   Troy Cole, Jr. started 18-straight games dating back to Jan. 16, 2025 and BJ Ward started 35-straight contests since Nov. 10, 2024.
Non-Conference Games
•   Brad Korn is 29-40 in non-conference action.
•   Korn's best non-league record as Southeast Missouri's head coach stands at 9-9 in 2022-23, the season SEMO won its first OVC Tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 23 years.
•   His other non-conference records include 2-5 in 2020-21, 6-9 in 2021-22, 5-8 in 2023-24 and 6-7 in 2024-25.
3-Pointer Streak
•   The Redhawks have made at least one 3-pointer in 525 consecutive games.

•   St. Thomas is the this year's preseason favorite in the Summit League.
•   The Tommies are 2-2 this young season with wins over Army (83-76) and Green Bay (80-61). The victory over Green Bay Thursday marked St. Thomas' 20th-straight win at home.
•   Redshirt-sophomore guard Austin Herro is the younger brother of Tyler Herro who starred at Kentucky (2018-19) and currently plays for the Miami Heat. Tyler was a 2025 NBA All-Star and the 2022 NBA Sixth Man of the Year.
•   Nolan Minessale is the Tommies' top scorer with 21 points per game and Nick Janowski follows with 15 per contest. Minessale is seventh in the nation and first in the Summit League with 84 points this year.
•   St. Thomas is coached by 16th-year Head Coach Johnny Tauer.
•   St. Thomas completed its reclassification process and bacame a full NCAA Division I member on June 23, 2025.
