CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Southeast Missouri State University's Department of Athletics announced a partnership with SOAR Collective, the official NIL Collective of SEMO Athletics, Monday.
 
"The landscape of college athletics is rapidly changing and we continue to search for ways to enhance the student-athlete experience," said Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Brady Barke. "We believe this partnership with SOAR Collective will provide great opportunities for our student-athletes to leverage name, image, and likeness opportunities, while helping ensure sustained success for SEMO Athletics."
 
As an official sponsor and partner of SEMO Athletics, SOAR Collective will be designated as the "Official NIL Collective of SEMO Athletics," receive permission to utilize SEMO marks and logos as part of student-athlete NIL initiatives and will receive various sponsorship assets.
 
SOAR Collective is a third-party organization that was formed to help empower student-athletes to maximize all the endeavors they undertake while in southeast Missouri, both on and off the field. Encompassing the One Team, One Family concept, the alumni and fans are committed to working tirelessly to ensure that every current and future Redhawk can leverage the power of their name, image, and likeness to build a brighter future for themselves and the community.
 
To kick off the official partnership, SOAR Collective will sponsor SEMO's Spring Football Game on Saturday, April 20. The game will start at 5:30 p.m., CT at Houck Field and SOAR Collective will host an exclusive end zone tailgate event during that contest.
