Southeast Missouri women's basketball (14-15, 9-8) will battle the UT Martin Skyhawks (16-13, 12-5) at 2 p.m. at the Show Me Center in the final home game of the 2017-18 season.

The Skyhawks are 16-13 on the season, 12-5 in conference play. They are coming off an 85-77 loss to Morehead State after winning the previous eight straight before that. On the season, they are led by Kendall Spray who averages 17.6 points and 3.4 rebounds to go along with 44 percent shooting from deep.

The Redhawks fell to the Skyhawks 72-65 in the first meeting this season back on February 10. The last SEMO win against the Skyhawks came on Jan. 14, 2017 with a score of 82-79. UT Martin leads the all-time series 35-30.

Southeast Sweeps Season Series with EKU
The Redhawks defeated the Eastern Kentucky Colonels 66-52 after a solid all-around effort from the team, especially on the defensive end, including holding EKU 1-9 from the field to start the fourth.

Iyanna McCurdy each had 13 points to lead Southeast.

A Look at What's Ahead
The Redhawks clinched a spot in the OVC tournament for the third year in a row, they will head to Evansville, Ind. next week with the first round beginning on Wednesday or Thursday depending on the Redhawks seeding.
