Show Me Showdown
Southeast Missouri (4-3) will begin the second half of its road slate with a trip to in-state rival, the undefeated University of Missouri (7-0). The Redhawks and Tigers tip off at 7 p.m. Wednesday from Mizzou Arena.

Tuesday's game will be broadcast live on SEMO ESPN 1220 AM. Todd Bonacki will provide play-by-play on the broadcast. Series History
Southeast Missouri has defeated Missouri only once in 17 all-time meetings. Southeast's one victory came on Nov. 24, 1998 in Cape Girardeau, 90-71. The Redhawks and Tigers have met five times since then; Southeast has dropped all five meetings. The Tigers won last year's contest on Nov. 17, 2014, 88-42. 

Let's Recap
Southeast Missouri began its six-game road swing Tuesday with a win over Western Illinois, 89-84. From there, Southeast participated in the Fifth Annual UTEP Thanksgiving Tournament in El Paso, Texas. The Redhawks fell to Idaho State, 65-64, on a game-winning three-point bucket at the buzzer in Friday's contest. Imani Johnson came off the bench and picked up a new career-high 15 points in the loss to the Bengals. Southeast played UC Riverside in game three of the tournament Saturday. The Highlanders used strong 3-point shooting to down Southeast, 85-67. Olivia Hackmann recorded her seventh straight double-digit game with 21 points in the game while Erin Bollmann earned her third double-double of the season with 16 points and 12 rebounds. 

Looking at the Missouri Tigers
The Tigers are off to an undefeated 7-0 start this season. Missouri played in the Hilton Concord Thanksgiving Classic hosted by Saint Mary's in Morago, California this past weekend. The Tigers defeated Northeastern, 69-56, and Saint Mary's, 95-78, to win the tournament. Sophie Cunningham leads the team in scoring this season with 15.1 points per game. The Tigers' team .463 field goal percentage ranks 26th nationally while their .768 free-throw percentage is 22nd. Missouri is heavily outrebounding their opponents withs a +12.3 rebounding margin, which ranks 19th among all Division I teams. Additionally, their +22.7 point scoring margin is 21st in the nation. 

Looking Ahead
Southeast Missouri will continue their road trip with a stop at Wichita State on Friday. The Redhawks and Shockers tip off at 12 p.m. on Friday from Charles Koch Arena. They will finish the road swing at Lipscomb on Tuesday, Dec. 8. Southeast will return home to the Show Me Center to face Central Arkansas on Dec. 13. 

Hacking In
Olivia Hackmann is off to a strong offensive start to her senior season. Hackmann is averaging 18.0 points per game and has recorded double-digit games in all seven contests this season. She had only 10 double-figure point games all of last season. Nationally, Hackmann is tied for 22nd with 126 points on the season; that ranks second in the league to Austin Peay's Tiasha Gray's 131 points. Hackmann's 18.0 points a game ranks 74th in the country and third in the OVC. 

Hot off the Bench
The Redhawks bench has been big this season, putting up 27.1 points per game. The bench has scored almost 40% of the team's points this season. Top bench performers include Erin Bollmann who averages 11 points per game and 8.6 rebounds a game. Bollmann also has three double-doubles this season, all off the bench. Hannah Noe has come off the bench and drained a team-high 12 3-point buckets this season. Redshirt-freshman Imani Johnson has also come off the bench this season. Johnson put up 15 points against Idaho State. 

Where the Redhawks Rank Nationally
The Redhawks' rank in the top-100 in a few team categories nationally. Southeast's +4.9 rebounding margin ranks 94th in the country while their 71 points per game ranks 97th. While their 3-point shooting has dropped slightly the last couple games, their .338 percentage from beyond the arc ranks 98th nationally. 

Lending a Helping Hand
Freshman Adrianna Murphy ranks 50th nationally in assists per game with 5.3. On the season, Murphy has 37 to her name. She put up 12 in the game against Western Illinois last Wednesday. Murphy's 12 assists in a game was the most since Sarah Costello recorded 10 assists on Feb. 10, 2004. Murphy's 12-assist game is a season-high in the OVC this season and is tied for eighth most in a game in the NCAA. Murphy ranks second only to Morehead State's Miranda Crockett who has 5.4.
