1990-1994
Branch holds the Ohio Valley Championship record in the 400 meters with a time of 45.5. He finished second in the 400m and 4x400m relay at the 1991 NCAA Division II Indoor Championship. Branch placed sixth in the 4x400m relay at the 1991 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship. He won Division I All-America honors by finishing fifth in the 1994 NCAA 400-meter finals.
