Aschoff earned All-Ohio Valley Conference honors all four seasons she was a member of the SEMO volleyball team. She garnered First-Team All-OVC accolades in 1998 and 1999, Second-Team laurels in 1997 and was an All-Newcomer selection in 1996. Aschoff won a total of seven OVC Player of the Week awards during her career. She finished her SEMO career ranked among the school's all-time career leaders in hitting percentage (6th, .332) and block assists (9th, 347). Aschoff also owns the school's individual match records in block assists (11) and total blocks (12). She was named American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Region in 1999 and was part of the 1996 volleyball team which is already in the Southeast Athletics Hall of Fame. That team was the first to go undefeated in conference play in the program's history, going 28-8 overall and a perfect 18-0 in the OVC en route to its fourth straight league title.
