Outlook: The top lefty on the staff this season for the Tribe. Will be a part of what should be the best weekend rotation in the league for a second-straight season. Can easily bring the ball in the low 90's and has a devastating curve.

At South Suburban: An honorable mention All-American selection after a season that saw him carry a 3.20 ERA in 50 innings pitched...allowed only 22 earned runs...struck out 71 while walking 31.

Prep: Pitched and played the outfield for head coach Bob Shinkan at Munster High School...was a first team All-Area, All-Conference, and All-State selection.

Personal: A 2000 grad of Munster High...lists his hobbies as computer design and programming... favorite food is chicken...favorite music is anything except country...favorite athlete is Randy Johnson...also recruited by Florida Atlantic...lists his dad as his biggest influence athletically...would like to be a computer chip designer after college...son of Patricia and Eugene Nourie...a Computer Science major at Southeast.
