Nenninger (Beckemeyer) was a two-time All-Ohio Valley Conference performer for the Southeast Missouri volleyball team. Beckemeyer garnered second-team all-conference accolades in 1999 and claimed first-team all-conference and OVC Tournament MVP honors in 2000. She also secured AVCA All-Region accolades as a senior. Beckemeyer finished her career ranked sixth all-time in kills (1,405) and seventh in attack attempts (3,452). She was named OVC Player of the Week on three occasions during her two-year career. Beckemeyer led Southeast's 2000 volleyball team to the OVC Tournament title and berth in the NCAA Tournament. That team stands as the only team in program history to reach the second round of an NCAA Tournament. The 2000 volleyball team was inducted into the Southeast Athletics Hall of Fame in 2014.
