Heather Keltner helped lead Southeast Missouri to four Ohio Valley Conference titles during her career. Keltner was named OVC Track Athlete of the Year in both 2000 and 2001. She was a 16-time OVC Champion as a sprinter (Indoor 200m, 1999; Indoor 400m, 1998, 1999 & 2000; Indoor 4x400m Relay, 1998 & 2000; Outdoor 200m, 1999 & 2001; Outdoor 400m, 1998, 1999, 2000 & 2001; Outdoor 4x100m Relay, 1998, 1999 & 2000; Outdoor 4x400m Relay, 1998). Keltner was also part of three school record relay teams, including Outdoor 4x400m, Sprint Medley Relay and 4x200m. She ranked third all-time at SEMO in the 400m and ninth in the 200m. Keltner was a four-time Southeast Scholar-Athlete, as well.
